Wednesday afternoon, Rankin’s PitchIt team presented their gauze tea bags to a panel of provincial business leaders including Diane Buckner from CBC’s Dragon’s Den. They competed against other regional winners and were declared the provincial winner.
TeaWorks is Rankin’s second JA endeavour and also their second regional winner. This years PitchIt team consisted of Lauren MacDonald, Laura Wukitsch, Courtney MacDonald and Lindsey MacNeil. They represented the school team which consists of members from grades 9-12. Stay tuned for more information on how you can order your gauze tea bags.
