Remembrance Day Ceremony Nov. 8th at Rankin

Students and staff would like to invite parents, guardians, family’s and community members to help us honour those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country. The ceremony will commence at 9:30. Veterans and legion members are asked to arrive by 9:15 if you would like to participate in our parade.

Our school is participating in a fundraiser to raise money for Home & School, which helps with student activities, trips, bursaries, playground upkeep, etc.

This year, we are selling a selection of three healthy and delicious collections from Epicure.  We will be selling three versatile fundraising collections – Extraordinary Trio, Weeknight Dinner and Healthier Desserts.

Our school will receive 40% of the funds raised.  The fundraiser will begin October 19 and end on November 5.  You can make cheques payable to Jean MacNeil Butler.

Thank You!

Thank you to all parents/guardians and community members who have contributed in anyway to the recent bottle drive at Rankin School. Many people drop off refundables on a regular basis and we store them until our drive takes place. Thank you so much for supporting our school. We raised approximately  $2400. This money is used to help cover the cost of bus travel to field trips, awards, and various sports needs.
