Congratulations to the Rankin School Cross Country Running Team for an excellent meet yesterday.  The Highland region provincial qualifying meet was held on Oct. 17 in Ingonish and all our runners performed well.  Qualifying for Provincials are the Rankin Senior Boys Team-Alex Bonaparte, Ian Farrell, Sean Freeborne and Zachary MacKinnon.  Qualifying for the girls are Beth Cholock, Lauren MacDonald and Maggie MacNeil.  They have the opportunity to compete at the provincial level on Monday, October 28th at the Lockhart Ryan Park in New Minas.  Good luck to all!!
